My purchase went through but the asset isn't in Keymaster.

Tebex grants assets to the Cfx.re account matching your purchase email. If it differs, open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and we will re-grant manually.

Can I edit the script?

Configuration files, locales and SQL are fully open. Core logic is protected by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system.

Do you offer refunds?

Because assets are delivered instantly and irrevocably, refunds are granted only where a script is provably broken and we cannot resolve it.

How fast is support?

Discord tickets are answered within 12 hours on average, with priority handling for installation blockers.
