Getting started

From checkout to a running ViceLabs resource in four clear steps.

Complete checkout on Tebex

Use the same Cfx.re account that should receive the asset. Your purchase is linked securely after checkout.

Find your asset

Open portal.cfx.re and visit Granted Assets. Download the latest available build from your account.

Add the resource

Extract the downloaded folder into your server resources directory, then add its ensure line below your framework in server.cfg.

Configure and restart

Open the included configuration files, choose your framework and settings, then restart the resource or server.

Asset escrow and configuration

Understand what Cfx.re protects and which files remain open for your server settings.

Core logic is protected by the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system to protect the work behind each product.

Open configuration

Configuration, locale and other editable files remain available so you can rename labels and adapt the resource to your community.

03Setup

Server configuration

A simple reference for loading ViceLabs resources in the correct order.

Resource order

Start your database resource and framework before ViceLabs scripts. Add each ViceLabs ensure line after those dependencies in server.cfg.

Framework settings

Select the supported framework in the resource configuration and review every option before launching it on your live server.

Test before launch

Restart in a private test environment first, watch the server console for errors and confirm permissions and interactions before opening to players.
